Six people, including two police officers were shot near Texas A7M University in Collage Station. Luckily there were no deaths.
KCENTV, Temple-Waco-Bryan reports the suspect is in custody.

A gunman has been taken into custody near the Texas A&M campus after wounding two police officers, authorities said.
Texas A&M issued a “Code Maroon” around 12:30 p.m. asking students and staff to avoid the area near the 200 block of Fidelity Drive, officials said.
The Eagle reported that two College Station police officers were injured as they responded to an “active shooter” situation near the campus. The suspect, who was barricaded inside a house, has been taken into custody.
According to KHOU, the suspect was firing shots from a house near the A&M campus.
KBTX reported “multiple casualties are involved,” but no fatalities have been reported.
