Governor Sarah Palin drew overwhelming crowds today at the Iowa State Fair. CNN’s cameras were rolling and according to reports the Governor spent nearly an hour talking with the news channel’s Don Lemon.

This is what a winner looks like folks. Sarah is out there, comfortable in her own skin and telling it like it is. A true leader.

Sarah answers every question candidly and never refuses a question. So much for the meme she never talks to reporters the establishment has been trying to push. It should be noted on the first leg of her One Nation bus tour, on the East Coast, she gave the press so much availability, that according to RealClearPolitics’ Scott Conroy, the media literally ran out of questions to ask her!

Speaking of Conroy, we’ll have a comprehensive round up of Sarah in Iowa coming later, but in the mean time, Scott Conroy is the person to follow. He’s doing an incredible job covering Governor Palin. Check him out @RealClearScott

By the way, that cute girly-girl shirt Sarah is wearing …. on the back it says “I am.” Hmmm ….

H/T Whitney for the pick!

Mega-solid off the cuff q&a. Palin was at the top of her game here. She was better than I’ve EVER seen her. Smooth!
