I can’t believe what just happened in the Maryland. We’ve talked about convicted murdering domestic terrorist Brett Kimberlin at length.
Kimberlin, a George Soros stooge, and employee of the Obama regime, has been harassing bloggers, making death threats, and disrupting the lives of anyone who dare expose him.
In one of the most incredible, and chilling things I’ve seen in a long time, a Maryland soft on crime judge, has taken blogger Aaron Walker [A.W. in the report linked above] into custody, rather than Kimberlin.

Aaron Walker, whose complaint against convicted terrorist Brett Kimberlin became a conservative cause célèbre this past week, was reportedly taken into custody today after a court hearing in Rockville, Maryland.
One person who attended the hearing in Montgomery County District Court said that Kimberlin asserted that Walker’s continued blogging represented a violation of a “peace order” Kimberlin had obtained against the Virginia attorney, who says Kimberlin tried to “frame” him for assault earlier this year.
During the course of the hearing — which reportedly lasted about an hour — Judge C.J. Vaughey appeared to become increasingly hostile toward Walker, who was taken into custody when the hearing concluded.
On Thursday, May 17, Walker published a 28,000-word account of his experience being targeted by Kimberlin, which soon caught the attention of leading figures in online New Media, including University of Tennessee law professor Glenn Reynolds, who writes the popular Instapundit blog, and bestselling author Michelle Malkin, who warned her readers, “Please remember: Kimberlin is a radical, violent, lying, dangerous felon.”
UPDATE: According to a source, Kimberlin claimed during the hearing that he has received death threats as a result of Walker’s violation of the peace order. In 1981, Kimberlin was sentenced to 50 years in federal prison for his crimes, including the 1978 terrorist bombing that brutally maimed Vietnam veteran Carl DeLong
Here is a copy of the so-called “peace order” that was filed by Kimberlin against Walker:
From what I uhat I understand, Kimberlin is out on parole. He’s been harassing numerous people, including playing a little game called “swatting.” What Kimberlin does, is spoof someone’s phone number into his phone’s caller I.D. [it ain’t hard to do] and then call the police [while pretending to be the person he’s harassing] and then claiming he murdered someone.
Obviously this will illicit a response from the police. What Kimberlin is hoping for is some sort of armed response.
Kimberlin pulled this on Red State blogger and CNN contributor Erick Erickson over the weekend. [more on this later]
What I don’t understand is if Kimberlin is on parole, why in the world is this animal still allowed to wonder the streets. He’s clearly broken all kinds of laws, and put many lives in danger. And this isn’t just some petty criminal. Besides domestic terrorism, Kimberlin is a convicted drug dealer.
Instead of putting law abiding bloggers in jail, Kimberlin must be put back in a hole and left to rot.
We know he’s protected by the democrat party, including the president and George Soros, the self-proclaimed owner of the party, but still.
Currently there are calls on Twitter for a protest this afternoon at the courthouse, and @WisConservative has tweeted:

A Time For Choosing 
Just today, I saw a news piece about a young teen girl who was suspended from school for 5 days for doing the right thing. These kinds of occurrences are being used as phsycological warfare tactics by hard core Leftists to confuse the populace out of it’s comfort zone, cause chaos, public outrage, and finally, mass violence in the streets so that BHO can declare martial law. (By that law, BHO can legally suspend the U. S. Constitution for up to 5 years. I read something earlier today about BHO having set something to happen so that on July 1st he can declare martial law.)
BHO & Crew have done almost everything possible to push Conservatives into violence. I think that the majority of us are digging in, or have already dug in with a certain determined resolve to make the Nov. 6th elections happen. Even if that means not being baited into being the other half of a problem. That ol’ saying, “It takes 2 to Tango,” applies here.
There are things to get done and goals to meet before Nov. 6th. Our focus must remain on the bigger prize of electing Conservatives to fill every elected position that is up for grabs on that day, then de-funding and un-doing the Progressive Agenda. We must not allow diversionary tactics to cloud our focus.
Think about this concept as being part of our focus in this war to help Conservatives win. Conservatives make up the majority of the populace; therefore, it is logical to deduce that Conservatives make up the biggest consumer spending block. We can begin the de-funding of Progressives right now by not buying their products. In and of themselves, just how will those 49% that are receiving some form of subsidy from the government and who are the financially poorest in our country, help pay for the Progressive agenda to continue to fruition? They can’t possibly keep business that are owned by Progressives alive without Conservative dollars to help.
I like the idea of Progressives having no money to donate to their favorite Progressive politicians.
BHO & Crew probably handed out a list of things to do to push Conservatives into starting a revolution, or to push them into submission. Any actions Progressives take to make examples out of some, like that of arresting the good guy in this article, or suspending the good girl who did the right thing are perfect examples of them nudging the populace into angrily responding with physical aggression so that they can then be forcefully taken down, or a perfect example of psychologically manipulating the rest of the population into submission through fear of having the same thing done to them. Either outcome perpetrated by this classic abusive behavior would be just what BHO & Crew would like to see happen.
The tactic of making an example out some to manipulate a majority will backfire. It will cause Conservatives to be ever more stealth and determined to have an election to oust any politician who has a record of intent to put us into more government chains of tax slavery and under more business breaking and job killing regulations.
The Conservative Army will continue to grow as reality keeps setting in on those who voted for BHO in ’08. They have to be secretly talking about the fact that BHO & Crew will never fill their gas tanks up for free, make their house payments for them, make their car payments for them, or fulfill any of the promises that they think BHO & Crew made to them under the ambiguous guise of “Hope and Change.” They thought BHO could and would save them, but based on their own personal experience of BHO not saving them from becoming more down trodden, they are coming to the logical conclusion that he isn’t believable. They are finally waking up to the fact that BHO & Crew are posers and panderers who cater only to those who have more than $35,000 to drop into the BHO re-election campaign coffer.
All those votes that were bought with perceived promises in ’08 can’t be bought this time around, so BHO will proceed to Nov. 6th with down and dirty divisiveness and monstrous mind manipulations, or if necessary when all else fails for him, with full force.
BHO & Crew will become more dangerous as Nov. 6th draws closer, but we must not be distracted from our purpose of shoring the House, taking the Senate, and if possible, removing BHO as POTUS.
Even if BHO retains his seat, with Conservatives in control of the House and the Senate, BHO will be impeached. I’d like to see him dressed in prison orange, too.
