Ted Cruz: Obama Amnesty Decision Cravenly Political, Lawless

By Gary P Jackson

Finally a Republican tells it like it is!

From PJ Tatler: [emphasis mine]

KERRVILLE–Ted Cruz (R-Texas), conservative candidate for U.S. Senate, made the following statement today regarding President Obama’s new amnesty policy:

The Constitution places on the President the solemn responsibility to ‘take Care that the Laws be faithfully executed.’ President Obama has repeatedly defied the Constitution and flouted the rule of law. His latest decision to refuse to enforce our immigration laws is cravenly political, lawless, and wrong.

We have a crisis in illegal immigration, and the federal government must get serious about securing our borders; this latest Obama policy is nothing more than an attempt to enact back-door amnesty, and I categorically oppose amnesty.”

  2. I see replies from Congressmen, Senators and other law enforcement that the Constitution is being walked all over by this President… As far as i know every law enforcement officer in the USA takes an oath to uphold the law against enemies foreign and domestic… that being the case, tell me why someone isn’t doing something about the President breaking the rules of the Constitution… instead of sitting on their duffs doing nothing but talking aout it… We, the American Citizens, put you people in office and here you let someone come along and walk all over us….Don’t you think it’s time for someone to do something????? I see a lot of big talk but no action… not following the Constitution is a treasonous offense… and you do nothing… why would anyone vote for someone that is running for office or that is in office that will sit back and let this continue… don’t say nothing can be done,, it can.. someone needs to stand up for the Citizens of the USA.. and soon……….have a nice day

Hi Gary: One good thing about the ‘non-amnisty’ is that it will bring out the
kids who really want to stay Stateside for positive reasons. Armed with good
visas/permits/etc. they are known goodguys and can be quickly ID’d and on
their business…Undocumented, tatooed,gangsta-dressed, badguys can be
easily recognized as malos and made ready for ‘The Train To Adios!’ If they
return, they go to AK or The Marianas–forever…If the same sort of selec-
tion and assignment is needed for incorrigible Black and white badguys, a
suitable remote place is made ready for them. The money we save by get-
ting them out of our cities can pay for successful, positive programs for our
    good minority bretheren?..Aaron Allen…

I’m sorry. I have a serious problem with illegals. This is not a victimless crime. Besides the fact they are committing a crime just by being here, most are using illegally obtained IDs. Usually stolen from some unsuspecting American.

Too many people say “we shouldn’t punish the children for their parent’s sins” The fact is, any time we punish a criminal, the children suffer. You lock up a murderer who has young kids. Those kids suffer. It is what it is.

I need to publish them, but the US needs to adopt Mexico’s immigration policy. Trust me, they aren’t as understanding when it comes to illegals! They are not all that friendly to legal immigrants.

Look, I understand why illegals come here. I feel compassion for them, but that doesn’t mean they get to stay. There are legal ways to come to America, and it’s an insult to those who do it the right way, every time we coddle an illegal.

We have plenty of laws on the books already. We don’t need “reform” We just need to enforce the laws we have.
