Sarah Palin RIPS Alaska Senator Mark Begich: Really, Mark? Really?

Sarah Palin BOOM Taste My Nightstick

By Gary P Jackson

This should get tongues wagging! A couple of hours ago, Governor Sarah Palin posted this scathing critique of Alaska’s Mark Begich:

Margaret Thatcher used to say, “I always cheer up immensely if an attack is particularly wounding because I think, well, if they attack one personally, it means they have not a single political argument left.” So, thank you, Mark Begich, for making me and others exceptionally cheery today!

Mark, after looking at your voting record I can see why you are looking for a distraction. You have voted FOR Obamacare, FOR massive tax increases, FOR carbon taxes which could cost Alaskans 21,000 jobs, AGAINST pro-life legislation, and there’s so much more.

You even flip-flopped to oppose the nation’s balanced budget amendment. You agree with, and vote with, ultra-liberal Senators Chuck Schumer and Harry Reid approximately 90% of the time.

Mark, you recently said, “Alaskans pick who they want based on what’s good for Alaska.” Couldn’t agree more, Mark, which is why many hope to see great changes for our great state following the upcoming 2014 election.

In the meantime, we suppose we’ll see much more playing of the ol’ Washington political game using those inside D.C. reporters each time you have to distract from yet another bad vote for Alaska in the U.S. Senate. It cheers us up and gives us good opportunity to remind Alaskans just how loyal to the Obama agenda you have been.

~ Sarah Palin

When talk of Governor Palin running for the Senate emerged this week, Begich went whining to the left wing clowns over at POLITICO, which is what set Governor Palin off, I’m sure.

It should be noted that while Begich used personal attacks and typical hate-filled democrat rhetoric, Governor Palin simply called out this loser’s anti-American voting record.

As I noted here, this is how Governor Palin rolls, and how she conducts winning campaigns.

  1. I think Palin MAY be “testing the waters,” but aren’t there ANY Conservative GOP contenders in AK but herself? On the one hand, if she runs against Begich, she has a strong chance of winning – but there’s always the chance that the Dirty Dems – working, once again, from orders out of the White House – could do a LOT of damage! (to be cont’d…)

  2. (Cont’d…) On the other hand, if she does rund for that Senate seat, of necessity, she’ll be very much curtailed in her efforts to endorse and boost other Constitutional Conservatives across the country in their own races. Plus, if she wins, it will effectively take her out of the 2016 Presential “sweepstakes.” Hmmm… What do do?!?

As I’ve said, I don’t think she is terribly interested in running, just listen to her interview with Hannity. That said, Begich opened him big mouth and got personal. Sarah has been shredding him since! Non-stop all day long. With FACTS.

This is how she works. She eviscerates her opponents, but doesn’t get nasty and personal. She just uses their own record against them.

This is how she would win the presidency.

If she WERE to run for the Senate, what better than a successful Mayor, successful energy expert, WILDLY successful Governor, turned Senator, as President?

  3. Yes, Gary, that IS a very real (and positive!) possibility – that is, if she does decide to run for Senate (and I agree with you; I don’t think she’s “salivating” for it at all). I’ll STILL be south of 80 in 2020 – and I want to be around to se her run for POTUS and cheer her on!!

Indeed! Of course, if she was in the Senate, there would be NOTHING stopping her from running for POTUS in 2016.

      • Since BHO set the bar that low (2 years in the Senate, but focusing on POTUS in 2008), d’ya think the LSM would leave her alone? My guess is that they’d drag out the “quitter” theme again. But if ANYONE else gets in in 2016, she might have to wait ’til 2024, ’cause of the incumbency factor…

      • Gary P Jackson

Begich has tried the “quitter” deal a couple times in the last few days and Governor Palin has been whipping him like a rented mule! He is so far out of his league!

This is going to be interesting, for sure!
