Sarah Palin’s Conservative Response to Elizabeth Warren on SPC (In Spanish)

By Isabel Matos

UPDATE: I am pleased to announce the clip above has received 710 views as of today, 9/29/2014. I’m also happy to add Sarah Palin’s Conservative Tenets (In English) taken from Palin4President 2016 Blogspot, followed by a commentary.

  • “We believe that Washington, D.C. needs to take less of our money. It needs more scrutiny, fewer bureaucrats, and it needs a reminder of the principles laid down in the Constitution that our leaders swear to defend. Furthermore, we believe crony capitalism is infecting both sides of the aisle in D.C. We’re working really hard to root it out of our party.”
  • “We believe in science and God’s magnificent creation overflowing with natural resources. That means we have a responsibility to honor Him by protecting the earth as we develop our resources in an environmentally sound way for mankind’s use.”
  • “We believe the Internet shouldn’t be censored by the world’s tyrants. That means President Obama should reverse his disastrous decision to hand over control of Internet domain names to the U.N., where it will come under the thumb of authoritarian regimes like Russia and China.”
  • “We believe in lifting Americans out of poverty and into sustainable jobs. That means government needs to butt out of employer-employee pay issues. And quit over-regulating business and increasing taxes. It drives up operating costs –that’s what affects wages. We believe in America where minimum-wage jobs are not lifetime gigs. They are stepping stones to a good job with sustainable wages. It teaches work ethic. We believe in helping Americans climb the economic ladder, not get stuck on the first rung. A strong economy with good-paying jobs comes from free enterprise, not from a top-down, bloated, big-government, command-and-control economy.”
  • “We believe that students learn to not make decisions that result in a lot of debt. And we believe that schools need to be more accountable for the insane increase in tuition… and their insane curriculum–many of ’em. It’s no accident, Elizabeth, that the rise in tuition corresponds with the rise in government intervention. More government isn’t the answer.”
  • “We believe a pension is a promise. It must be honored. We do that by using common sense and prioritizing budgets that once and for all will end waste and fraud and the crony capitalism and the stupid political decisions that are bankrupting our nation. We believe that in order to keep faith with future generations and fulfill our current commitments to our seniors, well, we must enact sensible entitlement reform.”
  • “We believe in equal pay for equal work. And President Barack Obama should abandon his hypocritical practice of paying women less than men in his campaigns, in his administration, and in the White House.”
  • We believe that all men and women are created equal. They claim that we are not tolerant? Well, we believe that tolerance goes both ways. That means respecting people’s right to disagree with you, instead of trying to intimidate or silence us. We believe the answer to free speech that you find offensive is more free speech, not less.”
  • “We believe that legal immigration helped make this country strong and vibrant. And that means welcoming law-abiding, hard-working immigrants who wish to come here legally and pledge their allegiance to the United States of America. Furthermore, we believe, as none other than Cesar Chavez believed, that illegal immigration hurts the country. It unfairly hurts working-class Americans of all races, all backgrounds who are seeking good-paying jobs, security for their families.”
  • “We believe women have a right to their bodies, just as babies have a right to their living, breathing bodies nestled in a mother’s womb. And anyone who wants contraception, more power to you. Continue to freely buy any kind you want, no one is stopping you. We’ll fight for the right of private businesses, including Hobby Lobby, to work with you to figure out health-care coverage themselves in any way the owners of these businesses (that they built themselves) want to, knowing that government intervention just always screws everything up. We believe that religious liberty is enshrined in our Constitution, remember?  The government has no right to coerce people to violate their religious beliefs. And if they try to take any of our Constitutional rights away, we will fight for them.
  • “We conservatives believe, as Ronald Reagan said, that you can’t be for big taxes, big government, big bureaucracy and still be for the little guy,” “We stand with the little guy, who is being bullied and beaten down by the progressive left’s failed policies. We stand for free men and free markets–the twin ideals that made this nation strong, peaceful, and prosperous. We say, God Bless America.”

Patriotic Journal (Entry updated 9/29/2014)

As I posted the link above in different places today, people asked for the English translation! In case you haven’t heard, Sarah Palin launched her own T.V. Channel on the Internet: SarahPalinChannel.com.  I;ve been testing reaction to this effort, and it has been overwhelmingly positive.  I am liking what I’m doing for a change as the GOPe can get depressing, but then I thought: what better way to get back at the GOPe than to start appealing to Hispanics who really believe in the Constitution and the principles upon which this country was founded, Hispanics like Sarah Palin’s endorsee Gabriela Saucedo?!

In all, doing these tapes has been inspired by the attractive way Sarah delivers her politics. My first Hispanic viewer said she loved it, and that she finally understood what the fuss over Sarah Palin has been.  That means that Sarah has a great delivery, a great message and she is the best messenger for it.

The delivery in Spanish matters.  No one can speak for her as well as she can speak for herself, she just needed the voice over to connect with Spanish speakers in a way to me she knows best: one-on-one. People need to connect with a person, not just words on a page and that is what made me start this now and not before. It’s becoming a fun hobby.  Please feel free to give me feedback but remember this is for fun at this moment but I happen to think it’s a good idea. Here’s an update on clips published in Spanish, from most to least viewed:

“Sarah Palin to Values Voters: Stand Up Stiffen Your Spine; Best is Yet to Come.”

Values Voters

By Isabel Matos

This is an excerpt from a great write-up by Breitbart News writer, Kevin Scholla, Sarah Palin to Values Voters:  Stand Up and Stiffen Your Spine; the Best is Yet to Come” published on September 28, 2014:

“It truly is an honor to get to be here with all of you, and I just want to take some time here to thank you for your boldness, your courage, your ignoring of what the lamestream media does to you and a lot of us so often,” said Palin. “You’re strong and America needs you, needs your voice. So, to just get to kind of share some of that, to empower us all and inspire us all, to enlarge our ranks, I want to take the time to thank you.”

She said it was an honor to speak “to Americans who give more and volunteer more and serve more and do all those things behind the scenes that make America so exceptional.”

“You’re the Americans that the media loves to hate, but, you know, I think there – there’s a book out there that maybe some of them just haven’t really understood and in it, it says, consider it pure joy, my sisters and brothers, when you suffer trials of many kinds,” she said. “And considering the trials that the media dumps on you, this is the most joyful room in Washington.”

The speech closed with a glass half-full take delivered in plain speak. “Keep faith in the American Dream and share it, because the message resonates, and it has since that band of brothers dumped tea in Boston Harbor,” Palin said. “We can be optimistic, as they were. We can be optimistic about the future of our one nation because we’re under God. So stand up and stiffen your spine. The best is yet to come.”

He continues..

The audience clearly enjoyed Palin’s style. Joking about very serious issues to drive home vital points. That’s exactly what makes Palin Palin. In a day and age when we are inundated with teleprompter-reading academic milquetoasts, Palin’s brand of populism is a welcome relief.

As she always does in her speeches, Palin tipped her hat to our military. She also tied that into another disrespectful move by Obama. Recently a photo was taken of the president saluting one of our Marines while holding a Styrofoam cup. Mama grizzlies don’t like that. “Our honored military — when we talk about these national security issues, our honored military, on behalf of all Americans who do support you — and we honor you, we respect you — on behalf of all Americans who feel like I do, to your commander-in-chief, well, we then will salute him,” said Palin. “He still hasn’t learned how to salute our Marines.”

A core message in Palin’s comments was a call to stand up for morals and American beliefs. “It is time for the politics of values,” Palin said. “And I don’t want anybody to be afraid or ashamed of the core values that we are here celebrating.”After all of the hits Palin has taken over the years she still can knock lines like this out of the park with a huge smile on her face. It drives liberals nuts. It delighted those at the summit on Friday.

Palin called out liberals for their tactics of hate. She called those who question why she sometimes doesn’t wear a wedding ring “haters” and intolerant.” We all know media members and politicians engage in these gutter tactics. Few however have the guts to call them out so explicitly like Palin does….

He concludes..

Palin finished on a powerful note. “Don’t be ashamed to proclaim your values and to live them,” said Palin. “We are the movement that says yes — yes to time-tested truths, great virtues, great values. And approaching elections, we’re going to support great leaders that are hammering out and working so hard at that restoration agenda to break this country again from a failed liberal agenda — defeating crony capitalism and respecting and supporting, again, our armed forces so that we may have peace — peace through red, white and blue strength — and to value the sanctity of innocent life, where children are not seen as disposable and babies as punishment as our own president referred to — now, children are the best ingredients in this messed up world. Why in the world would you want to get rid of them? So we’ll support leaders who are not afraid of truth, and we’ll fight for it as ones worthy of a great nation.”

During the speech, Palin inadvertently referred to the White House address as 1400 Pennsylvania Avenue instead of 1600. Despite all of the important fact-filled components of her remarks the media blew that minor faux pas up, passing over her message of hope and traditional values to try to once again slam their favorite Alaskan target.

The response from Palin was perfect. She tweeted shortly after the speech “Doggone it! That explains why my Christmas cards keeps getting returned!”  To read the rest of article, go here.

That was what our conservative values warrior said in her Speech. The attempt by the media to exaggerate the importance of her mistake is appalling. Mark Levin slams national Media for Mocking Palin gaffe.  Think about all the back-to-back interviews, speeches, appearances at rallies, book signings, and other predictions of course which she has talked and written about. Think of all the great pieces on her timeline and articles she has written to wake voters up as to what is happening in Washington. Each one is only topped by the next.  Sarah Palin also has a new channel (not an inexpensive venture) so she can be available to her supporters. But Mum is the Media word on that, Impeaching the lawless President, and all the above.

Sarah Palin is tireless. We know hard she has worked. I was just heartsick how one little instant as opposed to the sheer volume of her active engagements and her courage in taking on the president and the GOPe.  It will be used to embarrass her in the future. (Fox had better not go there. Fox Nation did take Tony Lee’s article: Sarah Palin Goes Rogue on Pennsylvania Ave and published it on their site. I suspect the worst (for political expediency later on).

It is those who are unworthy who are glued to the set, FB or near her home just waiting to see her slip (even fall).  I felt badly because she has worked so hard and because they will hang to something as irrelevant as this to spread a depiction the does do damage.  The fact is, she has succeeded at proving the media wrong, even under all the scrutiny she has been under, time and again. And she handled this latest beautifully. It’s time to move on. Again.

One should never judge a person by how they fall, but by how they pick themselves up from the fall.  She’s proven to be a leader for that alone. It takes character to do what she does every day.  She is real. People love that. Just to make the point, Gov. Palin asks NOT to have teleprompters at her speeches.

No teleprompters!  Just think how anyone else would fare without them? It shows her confidence as a competent, impressive and compelling speaker.

So where are the potential 2016 candidates. Are they calling attention to this country’s issues or Obama? Where IS Jeb Bush? He does not chime in on much.  He doesn’t take media hits for taking risks by going against Obama like Sarah does.  So he is the perfect candidate? For the media, yes. To fail.  What to do know about Jeb Bush? He is for acts of love, but what else? What does he spend all his time doing.. Fundraising? Plotting? Can we know?!

Well, here’s an update (9/29/2014) on what he plans to run on: Common Core and Acts of Love.  You heard me. That’s it, voters. Bring it, Jeb!

Standing Room Only: Governor Sarah Palin campaigns for Pat Roberts in Kansas [Photos and Video]

Governor Sarah Palin having a laugh with United States Senator Pat Roberts in Independence, Kansas

By Gary P Jackson

Governor Sarah Palin was in Independence, Kansas on Thursday to rally support for United States Senator Pat Roberts, who faces a tough challenge from “independent” Greg Orman.

For those who haven’t been following the race, Orman, who has spent a lifetime supporting far left democrat party radicals, but has refused to answer questions on pretty much any issue, including who he will caucus with if elected [Spoiler Alert: it will be the democrats] is the democrat party’s guy, no matter the spin that he’s “independent“!

Question for readers to ponder: When was the last time a supposed “independent” who managed to get elected, caucused with anyone but the democrats? Lisa Murkowski, a democrat in all but name only [DIABLO] doesn’t count! She only caucuses with the Republicans because they allowed her to keep all of her plum committee assignments, even after she stabbed them in the back, and worked with the democrat party to beat the Republican nominee, Joe Miller, in Alaska.

Why is “independent” Orman the democrat party show pony, their great white hope? Well, the actual democrat party candidate, Chad Taylor, dropped out of the race, because he saw Kansans wanted nothing to do with another Obama clone in the Senate. The idea here is to try and fool low information voters into voting for an “independent” over the long term Republican Senator. We’ve seen this more than a few times over the years. Kansans are slowly starting to figure Orman out though.

It should be noted that Chad Taylor, the democrat, was to remain on the ballot, a customary thing when a candidate leaves the race after being chosen as the party nominee, even if they drop out. The only exception to that rule, in Kansas, is if said candidate declares he would be unable to fulfill the duties of the office he’s seeking, if elected. Though the letter Taylor sent to the Secretary of State never gave a reason for his dropping out, the Kansas State Supreme Court deemed the letter “good enough‘ and ordered Taylor’s name removed from the ballot, making it much easier for “independent” [blank slate] Orman.

There is a twist though, as a registered democrat voter, David Orel of Kansas City, Kansas, filed a new petition with the Kansas Supreme Court asking them to force the party to name a new nominee. He filed the petition after his attorney sent the party a letter saying Orel wants to vote for a democrat candidate. No word on how far this has gotten, or will go.

This brings us to Governor Palin’s visit on Thursday. With all the confusion, and outright lies [and question dodging] from Orman, with an assist from the liberal Kansas media,Senator Roberts finds himself in a tough race. Governor Palin went to help Senator Roberts, as well as set the record straight on who and what Orman really is. While highlighting Senator Roberts record of standing with Conservatives on many important issues including amnesty, ObamaCare, and fiscal integrity, Governor Plain was also there to remind voters the GOP MUST take the Senate away from the democrats. Losing is simply not an option, if America is to survive.

According to reports, Governor Palin was met with a huge standing room only crowd of eager supporters:

The Washington Post’s Phillip Rucker tweeted:

From KWCH’s Pilar Pedraza:

Here Governor Palin starts to hit on “independent” Orman and his inability to tell the truth:

HT: Twitchy for above tweets.

The Wichita Eagle posted this video:

Governor Sarah Palin joined Senator Pat Roberts for a pancake breakfast at the Independence Historical Museum and Art Center in Independence, Kansas on September 25, 2014. The two spoke to a crowd of more than 250 people before serving pancakes and sausage.

The Los Angeles Times offers this:

On Thursday, the three-term Kansas senator turned to tea party darling Sarah Palin to rally voters behind his flagging campaign. The former Alaska governor praised Roberts for standing with Sen. Ted Cruz a year ago during his marathon floor speech against President Obama’s healthcare law, which preceded a strategy that resulted in a government shutdown.

He [was] one of the few senators fulfilling campaign promises, doing what the American people asked him to do, standing there on the floor with Sen. Ted Cruz to do what they could to get rid of Obamacare,” Palin said.

The location was its own message of sorts – the small town of Independence. Palin and Roberts argued that Greg Orman, a wealthy financier who now leads in some public polls, is hardly the independent voice he casts himself as.

I know independence,” Palin said. “Supporting Barack Obama, supporting Obamacare, supporting amnesty, supporting Harry Reid? That’s not independent. That’s someone who’s trying to schnooker ya, Kansas.

The Roberts campaign’s efforts to rally the base may be a successful one in a state that hasn’t elected a Democratic senator since 1932, and which Republicans have reliably carried in presidential elections.

[ …. ]

Palin’s visit follows one a day earlier by the man who selected her for the national ticket in 2008, John McCain. Roberts said this week that Jeb Bush, Paul Ryan, Rand Paul and others will be coming to campaign for him as well.

Roberts is framing the election as a simple choice, not between him and Orman but between Mitch McConnell and Harry Reid. It’s a gamble on his part that a solidly-red state’s frustration with Washington is pinned more on a Democratic president and his Senate allies than Congress more broadly.

The reason the governor is here is that the Republican Party is united,” Roberts told the audience at a pancake breakfast at the small town’s historical museum. “Every square inch of the Republican Party knows what’s at stake. We have to take the Senate back as a first step to turning the country around. There is only one person on the ballot that will go to Washington and kick Harry Reid out as opposed to giving him a stamp of approval.

Terrorism in Austin, Texas: 13-year-old Girl Raped By a Dozen Illegals as They Film it and Cheer

sexslaaves

By Gary P Jackson

Yet another disturbing case of a violent, and barbaric act of terrorism being committed by illegal aliens that none of the politicians want to get control of. This was an evil act, but all too common where large groups of illegals are allowed to exist.

Austin, Texas is a bastion of liberalism, and a self-declared “sanctuary city” The elected leaders in Austin are every bit as responsible for what happened to this young girl as the animals who raped her. More proof that liberalism is, indeed, the greatest evil mankind has ever faced.

From American Overlook:

Men in Texas have been arrested in connection to the rape of a 13 year old girl. The victim has told police she was sexually assaulted by 10 to 13 Latino men in an apartment complex at the Avalon Palms.

The victim was approached by three Hispanic males in their car, after she was persuaded to get in, she was taken to the nearby apartments.

She was then taken inside the apartment where the 3 men along with about 10 others took turns sexually assaulting her all while they filmed it on their cell phones.

After, they drove her to a random neighborhood and told her to “find somewhere to go”.

The girl was taken to a nearby hospital where doctors confirmed her injuries matched her story

RELATED: Obama Welcomes Illegal Immigrants With Open Arms

The two men who have been arrested are Juan Lozano Ortega, 25, and Edgar Gerardo Guzman Perez, 26. The police were able to track them from a phone call the victim made while inside their vehicle.

According to Austin’s Fox News 7, the two named above are being held on $30,000 bond each and face immigration charges [Which we all know is a sick joke in Obama’s America!] Thousands of illegal aliens have been released back into America, after being detained by immigration officials, including rapists and murderers.

This vicious act of terrorism occurred in late June, but has gotten almost zero coverage outside of Austin. These acts of terrorism, carried out by illegal aliens, are all too common in the United States, and won’t stop until we force our politicians to take action. These illegals are just as big of a threat to the American people as Al Qaeda and ISIS will ever be.

Every American who is a victim of these terrorists has Obama and treasonous pro-amnesty politicians in BOTH parties to blame. May they all burn in Hell for all of eternity!

Palin: Stopping ISIS (Spa subtitles)

By Isabel Matos

Sarah Palin along with Allen West restore sanity to the discussion of foreign policy, namely the war against Radical Islam.  There are others who have spoken out on the issue of ISIS and the president’s lack of leadership as commander in chief, but I will highlight Governor Palin’s approach which is presidential, but coming in part from the viewpoint of a military mom.  I added sub-titles in Spanish to the original clip from the Sarah Palin Channel: “Stopping ISIS” .

All of these voice-overs and clips in Spanish or bilingual are still in an exploratory phase. None of it has been approved by anyone from TAPP or SPC. I am simply doing it is part of a continuation of my effort to get the message out to Ronald Reagan Republicans who have be ignored by our leaders locally. Trust me, it is not a small number.  (I am trying to reach some now but it is not easy when your community leaders have been corrupted by the GOP establishment machine which has become an integral part of the local media that does NOT report on Obama or our movement either.  It does NOT represent public opinion, though, or the lack of interest in someone as politically dynamic as Sarah Palin.)

Yesterday a reader come by (a concerned troll, most likely) to say Sarah Palin should drop the idea of running for president and run for Senate instead. Part of the reply was for him/her to check out the Sarah Palin Channel to see for him/herself how Sarah exudes executive qualities in matters big and small.

Sarah Palin’s channel is a very unique experience.  I can’t recommend it enough.  We always complain about our leaders being inaccessible to us, and here we have online direct communication made available for an incredibly reasonable price and no penalty for canceling: SARAHPALINCHANNEL.com.

It’s ISIS, Not ISIL, Congresswoman!

isis not ISILryan ily jeb and p

By Isabel Matos

Nice life, Congresswoman, but something is wrong. Maybe a little intervention is just what is in order right now for some political clarity. I will do you a favor and provide useful information anyone can find.  (By the way, readers, I know it’s “Not ISIL”, not “no ISIL” but there’s a reason for it being spelled that way.)

Intentionally or not, you have been referring to a group of terrorists in Iraq and Syria as ISIL, not ISIS, a distinction easy to find. As Allen West points out:

ISIL refers to a group of terrorists that has professed the establishment of an Islamic caliphate that refers to itself as IS (Islamic State).

We should all be referring to the savage and barbaric group as ISIS  (Islamic State in Iraq and Syria) and not ISIL (The  Islamic State in Iraq and the Levant).

Allen West explains how White House spokesmen, Josh Earnest, and Rear Admiral Kirby from the Pentagon, as well as other voices out of the Obama administration, use the term ISIL and why these distinctions matter:

First, if you choose to refer to this group as ISIL, you have basically rewritten the map of the Middle East and fallen into the trap of not recognizing the existence of Israel and also of Lebanon. If you use ISIL you are then validating the Islamic totalitarian and jihadist claim that the modern day Jewish State of Israel is an occupation state and does not exist in the eyes of Muslims.  He continues here:

Second, if you fall into the trap of referring to this group as IS, you have validated the existence of an Islamic caliphate and through your words lend it recognition and credibility.

West concludes:

Lastly, we need to address this group as ISIS because it is seeking to establish an Islamic state within the borders of two recognized nation-states; Iraq and Syria. ISIS can attempt to break down any borders and not recognize them, but we must. We cannot allow this group to reestablish some 7th century regional caliphate and therefore must fight to reestablish sovereignty…

There is an opportunity here to truly promote a country where there can be respect and coexistence of Muslims, Christians, and other religious minorities. A place that would thoroughly reject the idea of Islamic jihadism and would continue to be a reliable ally of the United States.  Read the entire article plus a video explanation here.

I know you believe in Israel and the importance of sending the correct message to terrorists that we do NOT dismiss them or that we would EVER intentionally use the term to imply support of the establishment of a caliphate that calls itself an Islamic state.  I know that. But as Chairman of the Middle East and North African committee you should know the difference.  In case that information did not get to you (in July), I sent you a tweet last week about ISIS vs. ISIL:

I also took the time to make a clip (in Spanish and English for the locals to hear) to show that you have used the term ISIL instead of ISIS in at least three interviews, including in a segment on a recent appearance on Jose Diaz-Balart’s show on none other than MSNBC.  Maybe it was an oversight on your part, but it leaves me wondering why you would having missed such an important point being in a prominent position on foreign policy matters.

I also added in the clip your explanations for having voted against ending DACA, Obama’s illegal amnesty, none of which made sense to me. When you consider praise from LaRaza for work done in favor of amnesty as reason for celebration and joy, I know something is wrong. You’re out of touch. Your job is to protect us, not push the legalization of illegals, which by the way, are part of the Mexican Cartel who have been chatting with ISIS, the group you refuse to identify as such.  Calling it immigration reform is an insult to our intelligence. WE  KNOW you’re wrong. Who do you represent? Jeb Bush or us?

We will need new leadership in Miami if the Republicans we have continue a communist-enabling (suicide) mission. Enough!

I extend an invitation (and a request for a reply) for a meeting or interview, Congresswoman. In case you missed my visit or the note I left at your office:

Dear Ileana,

Please grant me an interview.  I would present you with facts, not opinion, about AMNESTY, to show it is a communist-driven agenda. I’m not alone complaining you’re inaccessible.

Thank you.

Isabel

“I Can See Russia..” Back in the News. Sarah Palin Speaks Out About Tina Fey.

By Isabel Matos

UPDATE 9/22 7:12 p.m.:  Here’s the shortlink to the clip above for efficient sharing: http://youtu.be/_C_65naapVk (Thank you for all the feedback!)

I’ve had enough of reporters in the Spanish-speaking community in America imitating the liberal media, the comics and the lies about Sarah Palin that distort the truth about the message she delivers and the incredibly intelligent individual that she is.  It’s back. The Russia meme and Fey impersonation hype is to call attention away from those two items mentioned: her message and intelligence.

The Daily Caller recently published an article mentioning an interview Sarah Palin with the Hollywood Reporter where she said Fey should pay her something for having capitalized on her impersonation.  The clip was done to get that message out to Spanish-English speakers, and to emphasize that Tina Fey was wrong about not only the comment about Russia, but a couple of others as well, for several reasons.  Sarah Palin never said she saw Russia from her house:

“They’re our next-door neighbors, and you can actually see Russia from land here in Alaska, from an island in Alaska.” ~ Gov. Sarah Palin, 2008.

From the article in the Sarah Palin Information Blog which shared an editorial from the New York Sun by Benyamin Korn who wrote:

Governor Palin, of course, didn’t actually say “I can see Russia from my house.” That was Tina Fey parodying her reply to Charlie Gibson, to whom she said of Russia: “They’re our next-door neighbors, and you can actually see Russia from land here in Alaska.” But Mrs. Palin did actually comprehend the significance of Russia’s proximity to America. The secret program AP reports on was codenamed “Washtub.” The wire advises that “with the benefit of hindsight, it would be easy to dismiss ‘Washtub’ as a harebrained scheme born of paranoia.”  Don’t miss the rest of the information in the SPIB piece.

In the same article a picture of Sarah with decorated US Marine Corps war hero, Dakota Meyer, shows the area Governor Sarah Palin was talking about in 2008.  Sarah Palin Information Blog shared this image From the editors who took this photo shot, with Russia photo-bombing in the background:

palin-russia

Not specifically mentioned, but that is not the gravel from her house in Wasilla (just in case someone wondered…).

Gary explained it thoroughly in an article on this site (it was hysterical, too, criticizing those who still believed this..). He included clips with residents and reports about the location in Alaska, little Diomede island, where you can actually see Russia:

Little Diomede Island is a very small island on the Bering sea. An extreme place to live where temperatures reach 50 degrees below zero, with 40 mph winds for added fun. In the winter, when the sea is frozen, and the skies are clear, you can indeed see Russia, and if you want to risk it, walk there. It’s a roughly 2.5 mile hike.

Now, you would think anyone with common sense would give credence to the truth but we are dealing with a culture that has been dumbed down and taught to laugh at jokes that are really meant to spread a lie about a person who is doing everything possible to defend their rights.  Comedy is a tool to keep BelieV(ot)ers politically and pathetically misinformed.

The clip which was done in Spanish is English-friendly.  As a favor, I am asking you to please support this effort by sharing the clips or article wherever you can if you think it is important to reach smart Hispanics who happen to watch liberal Spanish-speaking news programs but who are not getting the complete story because the media is being dismissive, or because they insist on repeating the tired old mockery and joking lies. The left and the GOPe both benefit from the misinformation, needless to say.  It’s not considered pandering to inform bilingual constituents.  The whole point of doing these clips is to reach Ronald Reagan Republicans who happen to speak Spanish and English who our party abandoned. We are hungry for new leadership.

Governor Sarah Palin on Barry’s Latest World-Wide Disaster: Obama Impotent, Pulled out Early

Palin and Patriots United We Stand evernt

By Gary P Jackson

Governor Palin spoke at the 960 Patriot’s United We Stand event Wednesday night and delivered a scathing appraisal of Obama’s handling of events on the world stage!

From Ron Devito and US4Palin:

Obama Impotent, Sarah Palin said last night in a scathing speech at 960 The Patriot’s United We Stand Event. “He pulled out early,” she said likely speaking of leaving Iraq. The former Alaska Governor said she respects the office, but not Obama. Gov. Palin did not mince words as she unloaded a barrage of one-liners against the feckless occupant of the White House. Obama Impotent was clearly the take-away.

Obama Impotent, she said from his non-handling of ISIS, the Second Amendment, PC, illegal immigrants, and our Marine left behind in Mexico. She called Obama Impotent for his addiction to other people’s money.

Obama knew about ISIS for over a year, but did nothing. He still has no strategy and thinks ISIS can be managed. This is why Gov. Palin called Obama Impotent.

Here are some blow-by-blow accounts of the event, via Twitter:

Governor Sarah Palin Hammers “Misogynist Frat Boys” at Daily Caller for Their LATEST Lies About Her

Carlson

By Gary P Jackson

The Daily Caller has a nasty habit of attacking Governor Sarah Palin outright, and telling lies about her as well. Tucker Carlson, the head a-hole over there, runs nothing less than a sophomoric frat house [something I have proudly pointed out not only to him, but his running buddy Matt Lewis, on more than one occasion] This little “good old boys club” is particularly fond of making sexist remarks about women, often while outright lying about them.

Such was the case back in 2011, when Carlson not only lied outright about Governor Palin’s popularity, and viability in Iowa, but in a tweet called the Governor a “MILF” which, if you don’t know, stands for Mother I’d Like to F*ck.

Palin’s popularity falling in Iowa, but maintains lead to become supreme commander of Milfistan

Stacy Drake took Tucker and his boys club to task in a blistering op-ed. for Conservatives4Palin

When more clowns, like Red State’s Erick Erickson joined in, yucking it up with Carlson, and repeating the polling misinformation, to boot, Whitney let loose on the whole lot with her blistering: MILF–Misogynists (and Elites) I’d Like to Fulminate.

For her part, Greta called Carlson a “pig‘ after his remark about Governor Palin.

In June of 2012, the Caller, in various articles, called Governor Palin “irreverent” a favorite attack of those who oppose Governor Palin’s common sense conservatism. That was par for the course, of course, but hilariously, those jackasses weren’t done. Governor Palin was so “irrelevant” [in their eyes] that not one, but TWO articles were penned, by The DC’s “Senior Editor” Jamie Weinstein and Alex Pappas, respectively, BEGGING Governor Palin to endorse Mitt Romney. Even in this,“Senior Editor” Weinstein couldn’t help himself:

Sarah Palin has become increasingly irrelevant, but her endorsement still remains sought after by GOP candidates.

After begging for her gold plated endorsement for the feckless Romney, he ended with:

Sarah, Sarah where are you?

Pappas whined in his piece:

While Sarah Palin has made it concretely clear that she’s opposed to President Barack Obama’s re-election, the former governor of Alaska has not yet offered a formal endorsement of the presumptive Republican nominee for president.

Palin — the 2008 Republican vice presidential nominee, who admitted to voting for Newt Gingrich during the GOP primary — said earlier this year that she would support Romney “100 percent” if he became the nominee.

But she hasn’t been very enthusiastic about supporting the former Massachusetts governor since he clinched the nod.

I honestly believe that anybody running on a GOP ticket would be infinitely better than what we have today, with these failed socialist policies,” Palin said on NBC’s “Today” show in April — after it was clear that Romney would be the nominee.

Aides to Palin did not comment on questions posed by TheDC on this topic Monday.

It’s no surprise that she’s not Romney’s biggest fan: Fox News reported over this weekend that in giving a keynote speech to conservative activists Friday at the RightOnline convention in Las Vegas, Palin did not mention Romney once during her 35-minute address.

Is it any wonder why Governor Palin and her people felt no obligation to give the frat boys the time of day?

I covered the whole affair here.

That brings us to the latest outright LIE The Daily Caller has chosen to spread. Out of the blue a few days ago, they claimed Governor Palin DEMANDED an appearance on the Tonight Show with Jay Leno. Their claim is that Governor Palin wanted to “set the record straight” and promote herself. Never mind Governor Palin had ALREADY appeared on the show when Conan O’Brien was the host, and she and William Shatner did a hilarious beat poetry bit together.

Governor Palin took to Facebook a few days ago to set Carlson and his lying crew of frat boys straight about her appearance with Jay Leno:

Guess the boys at The Daily Caller spent a bit too much time at the frat house and not enough time in their college library. (Or maybe it’s in one of their Jr. High tree forts where their leader gathers the boys to “report” their “conservative” issues.) Their claims about what I supposedly “demanded” of the Tonight Show are, in their frat boy terms, B.S. This is not the first time we’ve had to correct their sloppy “journalism.” Paraphrasing and dramatizing sure doesn’t fit into any fair and balanced image, especially from a little fella loving his title of FOX News Channel host. Maybe those bow ties are a bit too tight, bros.

In contrast to your erroneous reporting (Hey! Come to think of it, this time it’s merely erroneous; it’s not your usual misogynist slant!), we loved visiting the Tonight Show with Jay Leno. I had a blast on the show. Leno’s team was top notch, professional, and funny; and some even brought their families to work that day so they could meet mine. That was neat! Thanks for the memories, Jay!

I’m looking forward to reading Dave Berg’s great new book “Behind the Curtain: An Insider’s View of Jay Leno’s Tonight Show.” Dave reached out by email to my team to share the following: “I consider Gov. Palin’s booking on Jay Leno’s Tonight Show one of the best gets I ever got. I had worked long and hard to book her, both during and after her vice-presidential campaign. She turned out to be a charming guest, who also did a killer standup, and her ratings won the night by a large margin. You can’t ask for more from a guest.”

Thank you for the kind comments, Dave. Back at ya!

Please check out Dave’s new book. It looks like a really fun read. You can get a copy here: http://is.gd/HLzN4o or here: http://is.gd/z7Yknh

Governor Palin with Jay Leno

Leno -Berg

Who you gonna believe, a filthy liar who attacks Conservatives, or Jay Leno’s booker and top hand?

BTW, how good was Governor Palin on the Tonight Show? The very same time she was on, Governor Mitt Romney was on sexist pig David Letterman’s show. The difference between Governor Palin’s star-power and Governor Romney’s complete lack of personality was so great, Jon Stewart produced his own hilarious bit, which can be seen here: Leno-Palin vs Letterman-Romney.

Point, Palin all the way around.

2014 York Nostalgia Nationals

Great nostalgia drag racing coverage from our buddy Dana. [Techrat77] Make sure y0u check out his website for more East Coast drag racing coverage.

Strickler

techrat77

Okay, that’s an awesome Hurst Olds I’m seeing before my eyes. Not far away is Miss Hurst herself, Linda Vaughn. Arnie “The Farmer” Beswick’s tiger-schemed Pontiac GTO is in the pit area. There can only be two possibilities that fit these surroundings. Either Rod Serling is going to step out from the tower and tell me I’ve been transported through the Twilight Zone back to the 60’s or it’s business as usual at the 11th annual York Nostalgia Nationals at Beaver Springs Dragway. Anyone that ever saw an event at the old York US30 Dragway would feel right at home for this event. I could almost feel the spirit of Bill “Grumpy” Jenkins at my side as Mike Strickler came to the line in his tribute Camaro that honors his legendary father and Jenkins associate, Dave Strickler to face the equally impressive “Sweet Justice” Camaro of Jim Haislip in…
