Why Did Navy Yard Murderer Aaron Alexis Create A Webpage with Name “Mohammed Salem”

By Gary P Jackson

After naming the wrong man and the shooter, and getting the weapons used completely wrong, here’s yet one more thing the corrupt media is not telling you:

From Pamela Geller [Atlas Shrugs]

Law enforcement officials told NBC News that Alexis created a webpage with the name “Mohammed Salem.” This is the first I am hearing of this, and have seen no media mention of it (although the fact that he had been a Buddhist has been headlined and recounted numerous times, despite the fact is that there is no compulsion to violence, oppression and ethnic cleansing in the teachings of Buddhism).

It is striking that he would create a page “Mohammed Salem.” Perhaps as he became more violent, he identified with the homicidal doctrine of jihad. I do not expect the jihad-aligned media to look into this aspect of the case.

Clearly, Muslim Brotherhood groups were concerned that it was jihad. Hamas-CAIR canceled a press conference on Tuesday that was going to expose the funding of the “islamophobia” industry. What funding? I mean, really. And devout Muslims cheered and suggested responsibility for the Navy Yard shooting that killed 13. And many jihadists “expressed their joy” that the Navy shooting was a response to Muslim leader Ayman al-Zawahiri ‘s strikes in America.

Navy Yard gunman’s mother says she is heartbroken and sorry for families,” by Kyle Eppler, Pete Williams and Erin McClam for NBC News, September 18 (thanks to Robert Spencer):

The mother of Aaron Alexis, the Washington Navy Yard shooter, said Wednesday that she was heartbroken and sorry for the families of the victims and that she was glad he is “in a place where he can no longer do harm to anyone.”

In a brief statement to a reporter in New York, the woman, Cathleen Alexis, said her son “has murdered 12 people and wounded several others.”…

Authorities say they are still looking for a motive. Since Alexis carried out the attack Monday at the headquarters of the Naval Sea Systems Command, signs have emerged of a troubled history.

• Alexis, who served as a naval reservist from 2007 to 2011 and worked more recently as a civilian contractor, had a military disciplinary record that included disorderly conduct, insubordination and unexcused absences.

Newport, R.I., police said he called them Aug. 7 to say he had changed hotels twice because he believed people were chasing him and sending vibrations through the walls to keep him from sleeping.

Police said they had forwarded their report to police at the naval station in Newport. Military officials told NBC News on Wednesday that they had found no evidence that naval police forwarded the information to any higher command outside the base.

• The Department of Veterans Affairs said Wednesday that it saw Alexis twice. He went to a VA emergency room in Providence, R.I., on Aug. 23 complaining of insomnia and was given sleep medicine and told to follow up with a doctor, the agency said. Five days later, Alexis showed up at a VA emergency room in Washington to get a refill and was again encouraged to see a doctor, the VA said.

The VA said Alexis denied struggling with anxiety or depression or having thoughts about hurting himself or others. It also said he enrolled in VA health care in February 2011 and never sought an appointment for mental health.

• Alexis also had run-ins with the law over gun violence. He was accused in 2004 of having shot out the tires of a car in Seattle and in 2010 of having fired a gun into an upstairs apartment in Fort Worth, Texas.

• Friends and relatives have also said he had a preoccupation with the Sept. 11, 2001, attacks, felt slighted as a veteran, had money problems and was so unhappy with his life that he considered leaving the U.S.

Law enforcement officials told NBC News that Alexis created a webpage with the name “Mohammed Salem,” but they said he never did anything with it. They said they had found nothing else that might indicate any interest in violent jihad or even in Islam.

We may never know the truth about apron Alexis, and what his real motivation was. He was clearly disturbed, and had serious mental health issues. Reportedly he was hearing voices for days leading up to the murders, and we know that Navy and DoD bureaucrats dropped the ball all along the way, by ignoring, or failing to report clear signs of dangerous activities by Alexis.

It’s telling that Muslims were quick to celebrate the mass murder, and hoped to claim responsibility for it. That should tell you all you need to know about those animals.

The Navy Yard shooting was another in a long line of preventable shootings, that likely happened because of political correctness. In the Ft Hood massacre, Hassan had actually TOLD his superiors of his plans to slaughter “infidels” at his earliest convenience, and yet, since he was Muslim, his superiors were too timid to take action, fearing retribution from the left. I’m guessing this played some part in the Navy shooting as well. Here’s a black guy, clearing having difficulties, but hey, it would be racist to point all of that out.

At some point, we have to say to hell with political correctness, and call a spade a spade. I KNOW Hassan could have been stopped before the Ft Hood massacre, and while I hope he rots in hell, I can’t help but think Alexis could have been stopped long before he carried out his mass murder spree, and 12 innocent lives could have been spared.

Caroline Glick: The 9/11 Attacks on the US Embassies Were Not About a Movie

By Gary P Jackson

Caroline Glick brings some common sense to the reporting of the attacks on our embassies. The Obama regime and the media have joined the violent Muslims in claiming all of this slaughter is over an online video that few saw before the attacks. As Glick points out, this violence had been in the planning stages for quite some time:

On June 4 the White House confirmed that the US had killed Abu Yahya Al-Libi – OBL’s Libyan lietenant who had moved into Al Qaeda’s #2 spot after Ayman Zahawiri after the Navy SEALs whacked OBL.

On Tuesday 9/11, a tape was released of Zawahiri announcing that Libi had been killed earlier this year by a US drone attack. The Zawahiri tape was made during Ramadan which ended in the middle of last month. Zawahiri called for his terrorist underlings to avenge Libi’s death and especially exhorted Libyans to take revenge.

The attack in Libya was well planned and executed. It wasn’t about a spontaneous protest against some ridiculous internet movie of Muhammad. The assailants came armed to the teeth, with among other things, RPG 7s. They knew that the US Ambassador was in Benghazi rather than Tripoli. They knew how to track his movements, and were able to strike against him after he and his colleagues left the consulate building and tried to flee in a car. As Israel Channel 2’s Arab Affairs Correspondent Ehud Yaari noted this evening, you don’t often see well trained terrorists participating in protests of movies.

Then there is the attack in Cairo. They were led by Mohammad Zawahiri – Ayman Zawahiri’s brother. According the Thomas Josclyn in the Weekly Standard, the US media has been idiotically presenting him as some sort of moderate despite the fact that in an interview with Al Jazeerah he said said, “We in al Qaeda…

Egypt’s US supported Muslim Brotherhood President Mohamed Morsi recently released Zawahiri from Egyptian prison. The same Barack Obama who has no time in his schedule to meet with Prime Minister Netanyahu next week in New York, is scheduled to meet Morsi.

The Egyptian government has not condemned the attack on the US Embassy in Cairo. But Morsi is demanding that the US government prosecute the film’s creator.
You may be wondering how some movie no one’s heard of has caused such a hullabaloo. Well, as it turns out, the film was screened on an Egyptian Salafist television channel. Obviously the Salafists — many of whom, like Zawahiri were released from prison by Morsi, wanted to stir up anti-US violence on the eve of 9/11. So if the film is responsible for the violence, a finger needs to be pointed to its chief distributor — Al Qaida’s Egyptian friends and members.

With these facts in hand, it is clear that the attempts to present these acts of war against the US as the consequence of some stupid nothing movie are obscene attempts to deflect the blame for these unwarranted attacks onto their victims and away from their perpetrators.

Here’s the video in question, in case you’ve missed it:

One can quibble about the production values of the video, but anyone who follows the news out of the Middle East knows exactly how violent and evil the Muslim religion [as practiced by these savages] truly is.

What’s remarkable is how the radical democrats in this country have no problem mocking God, and insulting Christians, but join violent Muslims who want to kill people who insult Mohammed.

America needs to wake up and realize exactly who our enemies are, both inside and outside of our country. People are fools if they don’t include Obama and the modern day democrat party as enemies of America and our way of life.

As Afghan Leaders Call for Jihad Against U.S. Military: Sarah Palin Demands Apology for Death of U. S. Soldiers Over Koran Burning

By Gary P Jackson

Ah, the “Religion of Peace” strikes again.

Radical Muslims have been on a rampage for the last three days after some copies of the Koran were accidentally burned this week.

Of course, Barack Obama wasted no time apologizing to the Afghans. From the official Afghani President Hamid Karzi’s website:

President Obama Apologizes to President and People of Afghanistan for the Quran Burning

Publish Date: Feb 23, 2012

February 23, 2012- US President, Barack Obama sent President Karzai a letter to apologize for the incident in which copies of the Holy Quran were burnt in Bagram military base.

In the official letter conveyed to the President this afternoon by Ryan Crocker, the US ambassador to Afghanistan, President Obama has written that the incident in their facility was not intentional and assured the President of full investigation.

President Obama writes, “I wish to express my deep regret for the reported incident. I extend to you and the Afghan people my sincere apologies.”

The error was inadvertent; I assure you that we will take the appropriate steps to avoid any recurrence, to include holding accountable those responsible” the letter concludes.

Sarah Palin wants to know where Karzi’s apology is for the death of two of our finest. Posting on Facebook Thursday morning:

Obama apologizes for the inadvertent Koran burning this week; now the U.S. trained and protected Afghan Army can apologize for killing two of our soldiers yesterday.

As of this writing, a total of six people have been killed.

Diana West writes of an organized call for jihad against our troops in the Afghan Parliament:

The fury does not appear likely to abate soon. Members of Parliament called on Afghans to take up arms against the American military, and Western officials said they feared that conservative mullahs might incite more violence at the weekly Friday Prayer, when a large number of people worship at mosques.

Americans are invaders, and jihad against Americans is an obligation,” said Abdul Sattar Khawasi, a member of Parliament from the Ghorband district in Parwan Province, where at least four demonstrators were killed in confrontations with the police on Wednesday.

Standing with about 20 other members of Parliament, Mr. Khawasi called on mullahs and religious leaders “to urge the people from the pulpit to wage jihad against Americans.”

These people loose their minds over the accidental burning of a book, while having no regard for human life. These are the same people whose Koran allows them to kill anyone who won’t convert to their religion.

Instead of apologizing for an accident, we should be going on the offense against these savages. A lot of blood and treasure has been wasted trying to free these people from the tyrannical grip of the Taliban, and this is how we are repaid? It’s sickening. And it’s time to get serious.

We have a weak president and a weak Congress. We need to replace both. Then we need neutralize our threat in Afghanistan, and leave.

I find it appalling that Obama found time to apologize for the Koran burning, but no time to man up and take it to Karzi and the Afghans for killing our troops.

Breaking: Attack On Ft Hood By Radical Muslims Averted

By Gary P Jackson

Radical Islam never sleeps. The Killeen, Texas Police Department has apprehended an AWOL soldier from Ft Campbell, Kentucky. Three soldiers in all have been caught. From the Killeen Daily Herald:

Federal charges are expected to be filed against an AWOL Fort Campbell soldier today in connection with possession of bomb-making material following his arrest in Killeen Wednesday.

Pfc. Nassar Jason Abdo, 21, was apprehended by the Killeen Police Department, according to federal investigators, who became involved after his arrest.

Federal Bureau of Investigation Special Agent Erik Vasys said he anticipates Abdo will be charged with possession of bomb-making materials later today.

Vasys said gunpowder was one of the components found in Abdo’s possession.

Abdo went AWOL on July 4 from Fort Campbell, Ky. after facing trial by general court-martial on child pornography charges.

Troy Roland, an Army spokesperson at the Pentagon, said Abdo submitted a conscientious objector packet but his discharge request had been put on hold.

An Article 32 hearing was held on June 15 and the investigating officers recommended Abdo face general court-martial.

Roland did not know when the court-martial was scheduled.

A tip from a Killeen dealer may have led to Abdo’s arrest. Greg Ebert, a Guns Galore clerk and retired sergeant with the Killeen Police Department, said Thursday he reported a suspicious customer to the department Tuesday evening.

A 21-year-old customer arrived at the shop in a taxi at 1 p.m. Tuesday and purchased an unusually large amount of smokeless gunpowder, Ebert said, which can be used as an explosive.

Ebert said the young man was rude to staff and through a series of questions led them to believe that he was largely unfamiliar with what he was buying.

He randomly selected six canisters of smokeless powder, a mix of fast and slow,” Ebert said. Combined powders with different burning rates “can be highly volatile,” he said.

In addition to the six pounds of smokeless powder, Ebert said, the customer also purchased three boxes of shotgun shells and an extra magazine for a pistol.

Thursday morning, U.S. Rep. John Carter, R-Round Rock, released a statement commending Guns Galore for its assistance in apprehending the suspect.

Thanks to quick action by a Texas gun dealer in alerting local police to a suspicious character, and a prompt and vigorous response by the Killeen Police Department, we may well have averted a repeat of the tragic 2009 radical Islamic terror attack on our nation’s largest military installation.”

Abdo enlisted in the Army in March 2009. He was an infantryman assigned in June to 1st Battalion, 327th Infantry Regiment, 1st Brigade Combat Team, 101st Airborne Division at Fort Campbell.

Roland said Abdo is from Garland but was not aware of any ties to Fort Hood. He did not have information regarding previous disciplinary records for Abdo.

What is it with these jihadis and their sexual perversions?

CNN actually interviewed this terrorist in August of 2010 as a “conscientious objector” because he refused to deploy to Afghanistan. CNN also reports this little darling had all sorts of jihadi material in his back pack.

Read their reporting here.

Pamela Geller [Atlas Shrugs and the authority on all things jihadi] has even more details:

Three US soldiers were arrested for allegedly plotting a new attack on Fort Hood, the Texas base where a former Army psychiatrist went on a deadly rampage in 2009, a report said Thursday.

One of those arrested was Pvt. Nasser Abdo. Abdo had applied for conscientious objector status, and has refused to deploy to Afghanistan claiming that Islamic law prevented him from killing other Muslims. Authorities found explosives in the car of one of the US soldiers who was arrested for planning the attack on Ft. Hood.

According to FOX news, Muslim soldier Abdo had jihadi materials with him and had made a large purchase at Guns Galore in Killeen, Texas, the same ammunition store where Maj. Nidal Hasan purchased the weapons he allegedly used to gun down 13 people and wound 30 others on Nov. 5, 2009.

I anxiously await the same intense and extensive mainstream media coverage and obsession that we witnessed immediately after and in the ensuing days of the Norway massacre to determine the motivation behind this explosive plot at Fort Hood. I expect extremists Brian Williams, Anderson Cooper, the NY Times, LA Times, IHT, CNN, BBC, et al, to be just as rabidly obsessed and consumed with investigating what ideology incited this Muslim to recruit for jihad.

Was it Major Hasan’s devotion and adherence to Islam that inspired these servicemen to jihad? Or was it Islamic teachings and the jihadic doctrine? Were the violent teachings and command for jihad in the Quran to blame for this thwarted plot that could have slaughtered hundreds? Is the media all over this act of Muslim terrorism, pursuing blame as vigorously and as maniacally as they did in the Breivik act of barbarity?

Go read all of Pamela’s report here.

This was good work by the authorities and a very alert gun shop. Everyone was on their toes. I’m no Islamophobe, but it’s high time the military re-think it’s policy on Muslims serving in our armed forces. It’s disturbing that we are allowing guys like Abdo to join. Here is a guy who refuses to fight against fellow Muslims, who are at war with us. He puts them above our Republic. Maybe the first question asked by the recruiters should be: “Do you have a problem killing the enemy, no matter who they are?

We train these people to be soldiers. Basically we are training our own assassins.

We are very lucky the gun shop people and the Killeen Police Department were wide awake, or this attack could have killed more of our brave servicemen and women.

Like Pamela, I am curious to see how the usual suspects spin all of this to hide the fact the soldiers caught are Radical Muslim terrorists.
