Justice: Kermit Gosnell Convicted on 3 of 4 Counts of Murdering Babies, Killing 41-Year-Old Woman

Justice prevails as murdering abortionist Kermit Gosnell is convicted on multiple counts of murder.

As we are learning, Gosnell is more the norm than the exception among the racist baby murdering cult known as Planned Parenthood. Hopefully this conviction will slow down, or even stop the liberal democrat party’s ritualistic slaughter of innocent children.

PHILADELPHIA, May 13, 2013 (LifeSiteNews.com) – A Philadelphia jury has found late-term abortionist Kermit Gosnell guilty of murdering three of four babies in his capital murder trial.

He is also guilty of involuntary manslaughter in the 2009 abortion death of Karnamaya Mongar, a 41-year-old legal immigrant who died when his untrained staff administered an overdose of sedatives.

The jury found Gosnell guilty of murdering Babies A, C, and D. Gosnell quipped Baby A, who was photographed by one of his employees, Andrienne Moton, was big enough to “walk me to the bus stop.“

Jurors found Gosnell had committed first-degree murder when he allowed the babies to be born alive, then “snipped” their spinal cords with scissors — a practice his employees said they saw him perform “hundreds” of times.

The verdict, which was announced this afternoon in the courtroom of Judge Jeffrey Minehart, means Gosnell will face the death penalty at sentencing.

The “not guilty” count related to Baby E, who uttered a noise before being killed. Jurors could not determine conclusively that such a sound represented a sign of life.

“Even if not on every count, I am thrilled today by the guilty verdict in the Gosnell murder trial,” said Bryan Kemper of Stand True Ministries. “I have waited many years for justice to be served on behalf of babies being killed by abortionists.”

Jurors convicted Gosnell of one count of infanticide and two counts of conspiracy in the murders of the babies, which defense attorney Jack McMahon sometimes called “infants,” as well. They also convicted Gosnell of breaking Pennsylvania law by aborting babies past the state’s limit of 24-weeks’ gestation.

The 72-year-old abortionist faced hundreds of charges, ranging from first-degree murder to racketeering to tampering with evidence.

Prosecutors Ed Cameron and Joanne Pescatore appeared relaxed before the verdict came in, according to reporter J.D. Mullane of the Buck County (PA) Courier Times, while McMahon looked nervous.

Gosnell showed no emotion as the verdict was handed down, according to Mullane.

The decision comes after six weeks of testimony and nearly two weeks of deliberation. On April 23, Judge Minehart dismissed nine charges against Gosnell: three murder charges, one count of infanticide, and five cases of abusing a corpse. He gave no indication why he did so.

Gosnell’s attorney had argued it was “ludicrous” to say a baby was alive merely because it was moving. His case was bolstered when Chief Medical Examiner Sam Gulino said he could not determine from the frozen remains whether the babies had been delivered alive.

McMahon told jurors that Gosnell had injected the babies with Digoxin, stopping their heart, and “snipped” the babies only to “ensure fetal demise.” However, authorities found not a trace of Digoxin on the premises when they raided the Women’s Medical Society offices in West Philadelphia.

Horrifying testimony from the facility’s workers confirmed the babies lived sometimes as long as 20 minutes before being subjected to the painful procedure.

Former Gosnell assistant Tina Baldwin said one baby’s agonized thrashing caused Gosnell to joke, “That’s what you call a chicken with its head cut off.”

Sherry West testified she saw an 18-to-24-inch baby who had been “aborted,” lying in a clear glass pan, “screeching [and] making this noise” that “sounded like a little alien.”

Baby D was born alive in a toilet and struggled to swim out, Kareema Cross said.

McMahon rested his defense without calling a single witness, including Gosnell himself, on April 24.

The jury reported being deadlocked on two counts this morning. It was not initially reported what those charges were.

The verdict does not satisfy all critics. Some time before the decision was announced, Pastor Luke Robinson, who was keynote speaker at the 2012 March for Life, told The Washington Times, “The whole health department of Pennsylvania should be on trial for allowing these atrocities.”

Law enforcement officials raided Gosnell’s abortion business in 2010, believing he merely ran a “pill mill,” dispensing prescriptions for narcotics to make a quick buck. What they found shocked and nauseated them.

Inside his “house or horrors,” which featured an image of two parents holding the hand of a new baby, they found unsanitized equipment that transmitted STDs between patients, urine- and blood-soaked recliners for post-abortion “recovery,” and dismembered fetal body parts.

Gosnell kept the remains of 47 aborted babies in cat food containers and milk jugs. He also cut off babies’ feet. His attorney claimed Gosnell did so for DNA purposes, but Assistant District Attorney Ed Cameron believed the abortionist kept the body parts as a kind of “trophy.”

The violations filled a 250-page Grand Jury Report.

During his closing argument, Cameron dramatically asked Gosnell, “Are you human?”

The atrocities unfolded with the tacit permission of numerous levels of authority in the government, as well as within the health care and abortion industries.

Pennsylvania health advisers decided to stop inspecting abortion facilities in the mid-1990s under pro-abortion Republican Governor Tom Ridge on the grounds that inspections imposed an undue burden on the abortion industry.

A representative of the National Abortion Federation inspected the business and declined Gosnell’s membership — but did not report him to higher authorities. Neither did hospitals who dealt with the many victims of Gosnell’s botched abortions over the years.

When I read about Kermit Gosnell I think of Nazi “doctor” Josef Mengele, and his evil experimentations, and when I see how liberals allowed these atrocities to happen, I find it impossible to differentiate between liberals and the Nazis that ran the death camps. Many of the Nazis kept “trophies of their murders as well. Both groups are as evil as it gets.

Abortion is an evil, nasty business. Democrats always proclaim they want it to only be “safe and rare” but the condition in many, if not most, murder factories are exactly like Gosnell’s House of Filth™, and with over 1.2 MILLION innocent children slaughtered every single year, abortion is neither safe, nor rare.

A nation that accepts this murder on an industrial scale doesn’t deserve to exist. It’s time decent Americans say enough is enough. Silence is the same as approval, and approving of such evil makes one just as evil.

America MUST protect the lives of innocents, or simply cease to exist.

This is CNN, or Hey, That Kathy Griffin Sure is a Class Act, Huh!

On New Years Eve, many of us who traditionally enjoy an agreeable meal out, then return home to avoid the crowds of partiers, sat back and enjoyed Megyn Kelly and Bill Hemmer on Fox News. They make a cute couple, and the show, which included acts like Pat Benatar, as well as set ups from Greg Guttfield and Kimberly Guilfoyle, was fun and all in all it made for a pleasant evening.

On Monday night’s program, after first telling co-host Anderson Cooper “I’m going to tickle your sack,” she shortly after midnight actually kissed his crotch (video follows with transcribed highlights and commentary):

Roughly eleven minutes into the program which began at 10 PM, Cooper commented about how on Twitter folks were suggesting that there should be a game that whenever he giggles nervously during the show, contestants have to take a drink.

Then, completely out of the blue, Griffin said, “I’m going to tickle your sack. You can say sack. That’s not bad.”

An obviously nervous Cooper responded, “I don’t know what you’re talking about. I have no sack of gifts here.”

Griffin then suggested the camera pan lower so the audience can see her “naughty gestures.”

When Cooper continued to try and clean it up by again referring to a sack of Christmas presents, Griffin asked, “You’re calling your privates your Christmas presents?”

When Cooper said, “No,” Griffin replied, “That’s typical hot guy. ‘Let’s open up the Christmas presents.’”

But Griffin wasn’t finished with her lewd behavior.

For Anderson’s part, he tried to stay professional.

I’m no prude, and if people want to get a bit risque, there is certainly a time and place. This was neither the time, nor the place.

One more reason Americans have a hard time taking CNN seriously.

Newtown Proves Americans Must Rise Up to Defeat Liberalism Once and For all

For me, a week of self-imposed rest and reflection came to an abrupt ending on Friday when a crazed kid murdered twenty-seven people, including twenty children, in Newtown, Connecticut.

Civilized human beings morn the dead, pray for their souls, and for the loved ones of those left behind. That’s what decent people do. But like all known evils, liberalism never sleeps, never takes a day [or a minute] off. Instead of morning the loss of so many innocents, liberals immediately saw this as an opportunity to further their radical anti-American agenda.

The Hollywood ghouls pounced followed by nimrods like David Frum and Piers Morgan. Twitter and Facebook exploded with liberals attacking Conservatives and calling for the banning of all guns. It was despicable.

Even more despicable has been the behavior of Barack Obama. Using the age old democrat party directive of never letting a crisis go to waste, the president and his henchmen immediately started to politicize the event. Obama himself feigned sorrow and shed a tear, while smiling to himself.

How anyone who supports such barbaric behavior as partial birth abortions, and opposed legislation, on multiple occasions, that would make it illegal to murder a child who survived a botched abortion attempt, can stand before the country, and pretend to care about children, any children, is beyond me.

Abortion, the slaughter of innocent children, is one of the pillars of the democrat platform. It’s the one thing liberals will go to war to protect. Anyone who supports the wholesale slaughter of children, nothing less than genocide really, doesn’t have the moral standing to talk about Newtown, or any other issue involving the safety of innocent children.

The fact is, it was liberalism, and the policies created by liberal politicians, that allowed Newtown to occur. From policies that overlook, or excuse those with deviant behavior, to nonsensical things like “gun free zones” liberalism makes it hard to stop crazies at every step.

We’ve all known this for some time, but it’s now very clear that we are at war in this country. The very existence of America, as we know and love it, stands in the balance. Liberalism is a cancer on all of humanity. It’s a vile, evil ideology, based on hatred, greed, and totalitarian rule. We can no longer deal with liberals as one would a civilized human being. We must deal with evil for what it is. One cannot defeat evil with timidity. We’ve tried that for 100 years and while we’ve been civil, liberalism has only tightened it’s stranglehold on the world.

As Americans we no longer have the luxury of sitting back while others fight the fight. All good and decent Americans must rise up to defeat liberalism once and for all. If not, America will be forever lost. That Shining City on a Hill will go dark forever.

America has always been the world’s last best hope. If America falls to the evils of liberalism, the entire world will fall. Civilization itself will slip away.

The time for action is now.

Following the horrific and ineffably saddening shooting at an elementary school in Newtown, Connecticut on Friday, “gun control” advocates have redoubled their calls for stricter “gun control” laws  This is a part of a larger liberal pattern–governmental control leading to “perfection” of a fallen citizenry. As obesity rates rise, liberals call for governmental bans on soda, sugary foods, and salt. When there are above average temperatures, liberals call for government imposed carbon taxes and increased regulations to help curb what they see as anthropogenic global warming. When an individual makes a lot of money, liberals assume greed of the wealthy punishable with increased taxation. In other words, liberals believe government’s role is to “perfect” us–to try to mold their constituents into their version of “perfect”.

The idea that government can “perfect” us stems from an ideology that looks at problems from the perspective of fruit, rather than the seed. For liberals, the gun is the problem, not the hatred in someone’s heart, which is the real seed of violence. The unhealthy food itself is the problem, not the seed of an individual’s lack of self-control or poor understanding of healthy living that contributes to obesity. To the liberal, the solution for “global warming” is envirostatism– essentially a punishment for carbon consumption.  The liberal solution for the problem of the “greed” of the rich is to confiscate and redistribute what they earn, so the wealthy are punished for greed they may or may not have in their heart. In essence, to the liberal, government is god–capable of casting judgment and punishing “wrongdoing”.

Conservatives look at problems from the perspective of the seed. A seed of hatred can drive someone to murder regardless of whether their weapon of choice is a gun, a knife, or their own two hands. A seed of a lack of personal responsibility can lead to behaviors that contribute to unhealthy weight.A conservative rejects the arrogance that we have the power to affect the climate, but still recognizes the value of being good stewards of the natural resources to which we have access.The conservative believes that the seed of greed is capable of growing in wealthy or poor soil, and it is up to the individual to plant or not to plant it. Conservatives believe that God is God, and government is not. The government is not responsible for creating their own value system so that they can punish those who reject their system.

When government becomes god, the true God gets pushed to the margin and personal responsibility is cast as an archaic idea. I am not an advocate for using the Bible as a political science manual. Rather, the Bible is God’s inspired word intended to tell the story of God’s grace and faithfulness, guide Christians how to live their lives, and show churches how to function. However, our society’s rejection of those guiding words has enabled our electorate and subsequently our elected officials, to turn government into god, serving as both moral arbiter and provider. The Bible advocates sowing the seeds of love not hatred, personal responsibility not blame casting, stewardship not negligence, and generosity not greed. The recent seeds our society has planted has yielded a bad crop of fruit. Only when our society and our government realizes that we are planting the wrong seeds will our crop improve. This only happens when we let God reign, and government takes its proper place as what Thomas Paine called, “but a necessary evil”.

Liberalism is simply not compatible with civilized society. Today’s democrat is totally incapable of engaging in reasoned public discourse. All they have is the ability to spew over the top hatred for those with whom they disagree. And not just screaming hatred, but death threats to all, as well.

Nancy Lee Grahn, an actress on the soap opera General Hospital is a piece of work. Those of you who followed Bristol Palin’s time on Dancing With The Stars may have also followed the show on Twitter. If you went to hashtag #DWTS you no doubt encountered Grahn. She hate tweeted after every show, raising hell about Bristol. Nasty, vile tweets. This is supposed to be a grown woman. She’s older than I am for God’s sake! She has the maturity and mentality of a child though. A child possessed by the devil!

Our friends over at Twitchy caught Grahn’s latest hate filled tweet after Sarah’s dressing down of Obama.

Can we finally stop pretending democrats are good and decent people?

There used to be a time when I thought it was just the the extreme leftists who were the hate filled loons, but I’ve come to realize all of the decent human beings left the democrat party long ago. Look at Hollywood, with few notable exceptions, you see nothing but hate and contempt for everything that makes America good and great, including the American people. Turn on any news channel, or read any major newspaper or website, and you find the same. The Marxists, the communists and socialists, the sixties radicals, the worst of the worst, have taken control of the democrat party, and driven out those capable of reasoned conversation, and honest interaction with their fellow human beings.

As Conservatives, we’ve long been at war with the dangerous elements of society who look to change our Republic into something that in no way resembles the visions our founders had for this great nation. The Great Ronald Reagan spoke of a Shining City on a Hill when he described his vision of America, Sarah Palin also speaks of that same wonderful vision.

Democrats want to turn the lights out on the American dream. They seek to create a totalitarian society where individual thought is not allowed. Where Liberty and Freedom are just meaningless words, describing outdated concepts. We’ve seen these intolerant radicals attack anyone and everyone who dares to disagree.

Readers may remember just a few short weeks ago, actress Stacey Dash came out in support of Mitt Romney in a rather benign tweet:

The reaction from democrats? As Twitchy reported, these “non-racist, loving, caring” creatures immediately invited the lovely Miss Dash to kill herself and “get cancer twice and die once,” of course. Those that didn’t want her to die outright called her a “house Negro,” and an “Oreo.” The gender confused called her an “Uncle Tom.” But don’t you dare call these vile, hate filled Obama supporting democrats racists!

Head over to Twitchy and read just how vile and filthy democrats are towards blacks who “leave the plantation” so to speak. If you make Twitchy a regular stop, you’ll see this kind of hate is the norm for democrats, not the exception.

As I said at the beginning of this, liberalism is not compatible with civilized society. It rivals the most evil of ideologies the world has ever known. It’s totalitarian and highly violent in nature. No nation, not even a nation as great as the United States, can survive forever with so much evil, so many evil people in it’s population. This kind of hate and violent rhetoric is a cancer on society. Like any disease, it must be eradicated.

It would be one thing if all of this was just confined to Hollywood psychopaths like Nancy Lee Grahn, and random fools on Twitter, but turn on any show on MSNBC, or for that matter, CNN, and you’ll run across the same people. Same goes for the networks.

You’ll find these same sort of nasty traits: the hate, the contempt for America and the American people, in elected democrats, from the White House on down. This cancer has grown to a point it’s where it’s about to destroy the nation.

We must defeat these people at every level.

We must defeat this evil ideology.

We must fight this evil like our lives depend on it, because they do.

Shouting racism where there is none is the last refuge of tyrants

Liberals are not the brightest of creatures. I think that’s well established fact. When many of us first saw the headline Sarah Palin used for her latest beat down of Barack Obama over his treasonous actions in the Benghazi fiasco [and the alleged shipment of arms to al Qaeda] we thought, “She wants to make sure this gets seen!.

Liberals fall for this every single time. Remember “death panels“? “Party like it’s 1773” [the year of the original Boston Tea Party] and how she skunked democrats by getting the facts of Paul Revere’s ride correct proving just how stupid the left is? There are literally hundreds of examples of this. I probably shouldn’t give this away, but even knowing she has their number doesn’t mean they are smart enough to react!

Liberals actually believe they are intelligent, superior to others, and that Sarah Palin, who has dual college majors: Journalism AND Communications, is dumb.

So, we get this from her:

Obama’s Shuck and Jive Ends With Benghazi Lies. Brilliant headline for a rather straightforward bit of commentary. Predictably, democrats went completely insane, and started screaming racism!

Sarah Palin has around 3.5 million followers on Facebook, where she posted her commentary, and close to 860,000 on Twitter. Most who follow her on Twitter will read her Facebook posts, as will most of her Facebook followers. I did a quick search on Google and Bing, just before typing this sentence, I got 4,490,000 and 228,000 “results” respectively. In short, What would have been read by many Conservatives, and likely picked up by some left wing newspapers and propaganda sites [yes I know, that’s rather redundant] has now been amplified many times over.

Now tens of millions of people will see and read her comments. Yeah, it will [and already has] have the democrats spewing more hate than usual, and the death threats are pouring in, something we’ll hit in a future post, it also means a lot of important eyes, eyes of voters, will learn more about what a lying weasel and morally bankrupt human being Barack Obama is.

She’s taking the flack, but she’s getting her message out there. Besides, as warriors who fly in combat will tell you, you’re catching flack because you are right over the target!

So why is the left outraged? They’ve decided what Sarah has said is somehow racist. It even denotes a desire to return back to the time when blacks were slaves. I kid you not.

The democrats are obsessed with racism, because of their racist past, and well, one thing democrats are good at is projection!

Democrats see racism everywhere. If you say Obama’s middle name: Racist! Talk about how the amount of people on food stamps has doubled. REALLY racist! If you have the stomach for it, tune in to any show on MSNBC. Those lunatics find examples of racism roughly 7,642 times per hour. The bottom line though, is if you criticize Obama in any way whatsoever, no matter how gentle, you are a racist. Period.

There’s nothing racist about “shuck and jive” it’s a term many use for someone who skirts the issues, and/or outright lies. Another phrase she could have used was “tap dancing around the issue” a long standing phrase that people use to describe liars like Obama. Of course, had Sarah used THAT phrase, the hate filled left would have screamed racism so loud their lower intestines would have exploded!

For the record, there was nothing remotely racist in my use of the phrase “shuck and jive” – a phrase which many people have used, including Chris Matthews, Andrew Cuomo, and White House Press Secretary Jay Carney to name a few off the top of my head.

In fact, Andrew Cuomo also used the phrase in reference to Barack Obama, and the fact that Mr. Cuomo and I used the phrase in relation to President Obama signifies nothing out of the ordinary. I would have used the exact same expression if I had been writing about President Carter, whose foreign policy rivaled Obama’s in its ineptitude, or about the Nixon administration, which was also famously rocked by a cover-up.

I’ve been known to use the phrase most often when chastising my daughter Piper to stop procrastinating and do her homework. As she is part Yup’ik Eskimo, I’m not sure if this term would be deemed offensive when it’s directed at her or if it would be considered benign as in the case of Chris Matthews’ use of it in reference to Rachel Maddow. Just to be careful, from now on I’ll avoid using it with Piper, and I would appreciate it if the media refrained from using words and phrases like igloo, Eskimo Pie, and “when hell freezes over,” as they might be considered offensive by my extended Alaska Native family.

The outrageously outraged reaction to this expression from perennial hypocrites like Chris Matthews has only made me laugh. Mr. Matthews, let me share with you my favorite Irish toast: “May we always be happy, and may our enemies always know it.”

It seems that there are many people flying off the handle and accusing Sarah of being a racist for using the term “shuck and jive” in a recent Facebook post. For the record, we’ve heard that term most of our lives and to us it always referred to someone who was skirting the truth. There was never an inkling of racism in it when we used it.

We also used the term “juke and jive” when we talked about faking someone out on the basketball court or the football field. Is that racist, too?

The origins of many American expressions may be dubious, but that doesn’t imply that people using them today have the same intent. I think the media demonstrates their hypocrisy on this issue when you look at the way they handled Jay Carney saying the same thing (total silence) on a national stage.

It’s exhausting, to say the least. Democrats have no viable ideas, and certainly have no viable solutions. All they have left is to spew hate and lies towards those who do.

Liberalism is a totalitarian ideology. Hell, it has to be. It’s such a flawed way of thinking that it can’t hold up to even the most gentle of glances. As such, liberals must stop all dissent, must shout down, in any way possible, those who DO have ideas and DO have solutions.

Leaders like Sarah Palin make liberalism look exactly like the failure it is, and liberals like Barack Obama look like the lying crapweasels they are.

Racist used to mean something really bad. If you were found to be racist, you deservedly were called out, and publicly ostracized. Treated like a leper.

Today the word “racist“, and being called a racist, simply means you are winning the argument against a democrat. Democrats are known for destroying words, taking benign words and turning them into connotations of evil.

For those keeping score, this is the first time in history democrats have actually improved the meaning of a word, changing it from a word that denotes evil to something completely benign.

Shouting racism where there is none is the last refuge of tyrants!

It’s time that all good men and women come together and fight the evil and diseased democrat ideology. Democrats are destroying this nation, and by extension, the entire world. It’s well past time we send this sickness to the ash-heap of history.

The Letter In Which Rick Perry Praises Hillary Clinton For Her Socialized Medicine Scheme Shows A Pattern

One of our readers sent this a couple of days, now I see Drudge has picked up on it, and Team Perry is scurrying to explain it all. This is more than a letter from one democrat to another, it shows a pattern that Perry can’t escape.

From the letter:

I think your efforts in trying to reform the nation’s health care system are most commendable.

I would like to request that the task force give particular consideration to the needs of the nation’s farmers, ranchers, and agriculture workers, and other members of rural communities,” Perry continued, noting his administration’s focus on economic development for rural Texans. “Rural populations have a high proportion of uninsured people, rising health care costs, and often experience lack of services.

Again, your efforts are worthy, Perry concluded, “and I hope you will remember this constituency as the task force progresses.

Perry ends his letter:

Please do not hesitate to contact me if I can be of any assistance

Now in all fairness, Perry was a democrat back then. But despite reports to the contrary, democrats in Texas were and are just as whacked out as any other democrat. And supporting socialized medicine goes against the very fiber of the American soul.

To me, this shows a pattern for Perry, and no, I’m not just talking about the Gardasil fiasco, which was nanny statism and crony capitalism deluxe. Earlier we reported that in 2001, as the REPUBLICAN Governor of Texas, Perry backed a bi-national insurance scheme that would have included Mexico.

Let’s not forget that as Charmain of the Republican Governor’s Association, Perry teamed up with his democrat counterpart, Joe Manchin to write a series of letters begging Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid to pass TARP. Bi-partisanship at it’s “finest“!

Patterns ….

Perry talks a different story now, but I’d much rather look at the man’s actual record as Governor of Texas. No smears, no BS.

The more you dig into Perry’s actual record the more you realize that he isn’t all that much of an upgrade from the current president. Yes, Perry would make a better president than Obama, but so would almost anyone, that’s not a very high standard.

Again, Perry has talked big lately, but with the campaign disavowing much of that fiery rhetoric, it all becomes meaningless.

We all give Mitt Romney hell for creating the first socialized medicine program in America, giving the Obama regime the needed blueprint for a national version of the same thing, on steroids. And we are right in giving Romney hell. That said what Hilary Clinton had proposed, and Perry enthusiastically backed, was not much different. Given the fact Perry backed a plan that would have not only included Texas, but another COUNTRY, please tell me how Perry is much different than Romney?

There’s a lot of things in Perry’s record as Governor to give Americans great pause. There are better choices.

This piece of history from the great Ronald Reagan needs little set up, or commentary. As always, Reagan says it well. His very first words say so much, and looking through the prism of history were 100 percent correct. The rest is rather chilling.

This speech was done in 1961 and was part of a Coffee Cup Campaign against socialized medicine, a scheme the democrats were floating around at the time. This of course stands as proof that you can never turn your back on a democrat, because they are always scheming, always planing their insanity.

Ronald Reagan was a private citizen at the time this was recorded. And of course this socialist scheme was defeated.

Say, isn’t there a certain western Governor who is about to become a private citizen in about a week?

Wonder what she will have to say on this?
